On topic: Now I understand why I've seen a couple guys on TV saying how private industry should have a chance to help. I didn't realize that the politicians think that the government should actually do the building stuff part itself. What a horrible idea. Does no one notice how long it takes city construction workers to get anything done? Come on quagmire people, where are you?
