ugh, people really need to stop with the whole environmental scare tactics. Contrary to the popular belief, the nation's air quality is actually very good even with the increased energy usage. What this country really needs to do is increase domestic supplies of energy - FRIGGIN NOW. The market needs to determine the nation's energy....whether it be coal, gas, nuke, oil, renewable sources, etc. Congress should just step aside. And yes, reject any admissions to the Kyoto Treaty and all other enviro clauses. All that would happen to our nation is a suppression of energy production under the veil of "clean air."
