It's About Time
Bush seeks line-item veto power. Since he hasn't vetoed anything for the last, oh, say several years (relatively speaking...), I think it's long overdue.

Well, we certainly could have used his veto pen for campaign finance reform. It still gets my goat that he signed that bill thinking he could count on SCOTUS to strike it down.
