Does anyone

see anything wrong with this? Sooooo, this chick gets to try out for the guy's team. As a result, it's only fair that guys can try out for the volleyball and softball teams. Hmmmmm, that means that volleyball and softball teams with dudes would have an unfair advantage (assuming that guys are better athletes in general in these sports, which I think is a fair assumption). How is this a good thing?

There's a christian sorority trying to get chartered at UNM. They listed themselves as a religious organization to try and differentiate from other sororities. UNM is telling the sorority that they must alter their constitution to allow men to join. It seems that because they are a religious organization they fall under Title IX where as other sororities are somehow exempt.
