Did you go, Timdido?
Update: Ironically, some EUites finding praise for Bush's renewed efforts to "bring harmony" back to US foreign relations... I find myself trying not to swallow my middle finger.
Update 1/20: Once again, internet trumps MSM: Hillary accepted contributions from pro-Iranian organizations.

No, I didn't go - I felt that watching "Lost" was more important than watching HRC. I should have gone though, because the first hour was just a rerun. Oh well.
I honestly don't mind that Hillary is talking tough about Iran, and that the EU'ers are on our side. Even France is talking tough. My worry is that they won't back it up. Clinton (Bill) was famous for being all bark, no bite.
Iraq may have been an important strategic step. Now we have two great bases to stage an invasion of Iran if we have to. The worry is that the country might not be ripe for democratic revolution, so we may just have to bomb their facilities first.
If it came to hostile actions, I'd rather have Israel do the bombing, putting the initial responsibility on their shoulders. Ultimately, we would face a Super Iran if the Shi'a were to unite across the Iraq border. That is a credible threat. It's a delicate matter any way you look at it, but we (US) can only solve so many problems by ourselves, and I've never known France to do anything but talk and surrender. Hopefully history will mutate.
Didn't Israel already blow up an Iranian nuclear facility? Maybe it's just time to do it again.
