Or is he just banking on the utter ignorance of Democrat-Youth? Powerline points out how Dean blames the Kelo decision and the raiding of the Social Security fund on Bush and Republicans. The Democrats I know aren't this ignorant, so maybe he's just trying to whip them up into a frenzy. Before you know it, he'll say Bush kicks puppies and tears the legs off of grasshoppers.
